14 Day Returns

Not loving your new MyAnorak purchase? Not a problem. Simply send back any item you don't love within 14 days of receipt and receive a refund. Returns must be in new, unworn condition, with its original packaging, hang tags etc. intact. 

Excludes FINAL SALE items.

- Please request a return through our online return portal, HERE

- Print the shipping label provided. Include the invoice form along with your items.

-  Apply the return shipping label to your package and mail your return via USPS.

For a Full Refund: Once your return has been received, we will reimburse your account for the full merchandise price minus the $7.95 prepaid shipping if you decide to use the return label provided .

For Store Credit: Once your return has been received, we will issue a store credit via email for the full merchandise price.

Kindly note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable – this fee will be deducted from your refund. Otherwise the item can be returned at your cost with the carrier of your choice. Please allow one to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

Love your new item, but not the right size or color? No worries, we’ll help you out. To ensure that the item you want in exchange does not run out of stock, please place a new order and proceed with the return process here. Please attach the prepaid shipping label to your package and return to the MyAnorak Warehouse within 14 days of receipt. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as we receive your returned package. 

Damaged Merchandise

All merchandise is fully inspected before it is packaged and sent to you. In the rare case that you have received a damaged item, please contact customer service at customercare@myanorak.com or call (562) 408-4971. Damaged items are eligible for return or exchange. Simply complete the return form and indicate reason for return.
